Early Childhood Educator

Position Overview

As an Early Childhood Educator at Sanedy, you’ll create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children aged 2–5 can explore, learn, and grow. You’ll plan and deliver play-based lessons, observe developmental milestones, and partner with parents to support each child’s unique journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Create and maintain a warm, stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress; share insights with families
• Foster positive behavior through guidance and age-appropriate discipline.
• Collaborate with other educators to organize events, field trips, and creative projects.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Deep understanding of play-based and inquiry-driven learning methods.
• Strong communication skills, both with children and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
